PHOTOGRAPHY
Regular Individual and Farm Shoot Session Fees
Shoot fee - $250 minimum session charge per day
Photo fee per horse - $100
Travel Expense - .35 per mile or airfare, lodging and rental car
*ALL session fees to be paid at the time of service. $200 non-refundable deposit required at time of booking. Unless shoot is cancelled, this fee is considered as payment toward the total price of the shoot.
Photo Packages
DIGITAL IMAGERY:
- Digital web images (suitable for internet/e-blast use) - $25. Digital 8" x 10" high resolution images (suitable for print flyers, wall portraits, and/or magazine ads - $45
- High resolution image emailed to publication or ad designer - $50 ($65 rushed) Payment must be made before photo is sent.
- CD with both high resolution and low resolution images (this provides client with files that you may either print at your leisure or use for web site at any time) - $50 per image (includes high and low resolution versions of each image)
*Allow 2-6 weeks for processing of orders, depending on size and complexity of order. There is a $20 "rush" fee for orders requiring processing within 5 days (please note this service is not always possible).
PRINT IMAGERY:
- 8 X 10 - $55 (each additional print - $15)
- 11 X 14 - $100 (each addtional print - $30)*
BUNDLED PACKAGES:
- (A) High Res to publication + 8 X 10 print (RUSH - 48 hours or less) - $100
- (B) High Res to publication + 8 X 10 print - $85
- (C) High Res to publication + 8 X 10 print + low res file -$100
- (D) High Res to publication + low res image - $70

SPECIAL PRICING FOR SHOOTS AT MAJOR HORSE SHOWS:
Your absolute BEST deal in photography is to have your already clipped and groomed horse photographed while at a horse show. I attend Scottsdale, the Vegas World Cup, and U.S. Nationals shows every year, and I am always available for off-the-showgrounds photo shoots at these events - with special shoot rates. I also attend some of the smaller, but almost equally important shows throughout the year and may be available for on site or off site shoots before, during, and after the show.
Fees for Horse Show Shoots
No Session Fee
Shoot fee - $150 per horse - includes photo session, client's choice of 2 web images, and client's choice of 1 high resolution image (suitable for print or publication)
